• Up to July 10th, 2016 – you can pay early registration fee; your paper should be ready and translated in English 

• Up to August 30th , 2016 – registration due date and submitting full-bodied presentations, translated in English

* Up to week after you’ve sent the registration form and your abstract, you’ll get a confirmation letter that will authorize you to make the registration.

 

The fee includes:

Admission to the conference, one paper to be presented, a printed copy of the conference program, publication of the paper in the conference proceeding, coffee breaks and a cocktail, a jubilee calendar of the event. 

Registration fee does not include transport and hotel costs.
